What's asked before you start.

Can you fully brand the app for us?

Yes. Logo, colors, typography, icons. Optionally your own domain (promo.yourbrand.com via A-record to our infrastructure). Everything is approved before launch.

In what format do we receive S2S postbacks?

Standard: GET https://your.crm.com/postback?cid={click_id}&event={reg|dep|qual|cancel}&payout={amount}&signature={hmac}

Compatible with Voluum / Binom / Keitaro / RedTrack / FunnelFlux / Affise / AnyTracker. HMAC over shared secret — issued at kick-off. Custom format — implemented from brief.

Traffic quality? Fraud protection?

95%+ human. Bots filtered at the lander + Telegram signals (account age, has_username, profile photo). Fraud filters — device fingerprint, geo-mismatch, click velocity, IP reputation. Suspicious conversions flagged for manual review before the postback fires.

What do you do after conversion? Is this just a click sale?

No. We store the user's telegram_user_id before the click — via TG WebApp SDK at the first mini-app open. After reg / dep the user stays in our bot infrastructure, and your brand can send them segmented messages:

  • reg without dep in 24h → push with bonus / reminder
  • dep without 2-dep in 7d → retention message
  • churn after 30d → reactivation

This is a direct channel through the TG bot, with no dependency on push permissions, email, or FB Pixel. A channel that's physically impossible in the FB+PWA flow.

Which user statuses exactly do you track?

In MVP — six:

  • landed — opened the mini-app
  • bot_started — hit /start in the bot, granted write_access
  • registered — S2S postback event=reg arrived
  • deposited — S2S postback event=dep arrived
  • churned — no activity 30+ days
  • blocked — user blocked the bot

Each status has its own drip sequence (AI-generated for your brand + brand review before launch). We extend to qualified / 2nd_dep / vip on request — part of phase 2.

How do segment broadcasts work?

It's an auto-cron that scans the state machine hourly and picks users matching each rule. MVP has three rules:

  • reg-no-dep-24h: status registered, >24h elapsed, hasn't moved to deposited → push in bot with first-deposit promo code
  • dep-no-2dep-7d: status deposited, >7d elapsed, hasn't repeated → retention with 2nd-deposit bonus
  • churn-30d: no activity 30+ days → reactivation push

The same user won't receive a duplicate of the same rule within 7 days (anti-spam). Copy is written by AI from the brief, the operator does brand review before launch.

HMAC-signed postbacks — what and why?

An S2S postback is an HTTP request from your affiliate to our endpoint: GET /tds/pb?cid={click_id}&event={reg|dep}&payout={X}&signature={hmac}. Based on the postback we bill, change the user status and trigger retention drip.

Without a signature anyone could send a fake ?event=dep&payout=10000 and:

  • charge you hundreds of dollars (if pricing is per_conversion)
  • flip thousands of users into a fake deposited, breaking drip
  • pollute the funnel for the operator

HMAC = a cryptographic signature of the request over a shared secret. Both sides know a 32-byte string, the partner computes HMAC-SHA256(query, secret) and adds it to the URL. We recompute and compare — if it matches, the postback is genuine. The secret is issued in the dashboard at kick-off and configured in Voluum / Binom / Keitaro / custom.

How long from kick-off to first deposit?

White-label mini-app + brand review — 24–48 hours. Campaign approve — up to 4 hours on business days. First click — within 24 hours after approve. First deposit — typically in the first 48 hours of traffic (depends on vertical and offer).

Who writes welcome and drip messages?

AI generates from your offer brief and brand tone of voice. Every step passes brand review before launch, editable in the dashboard. Auto-translates to 5 languages (RU/EN/ES/AR/PT).

What traffic volume can you provide?

Industrial volume by vertical and GEO. Specific capacity is discussed at kick-off call for your offer and budget. Traffic from platform's own inventory and partner network — specific sources are not disclosed (operator's trade secret), all sources pass anti-fraud filtering.

Which GEOs are most profitable right now?

Q2 2026 — Brazil, Mexico, Argentina (LATAM iGaming), India, Indonesia (Asia), Egypt, Nigeria (MENA/Africa). CR higher, CPF lower than Tier-1. Full hot-list — after the discovery call.

Can we get admin access to the dashboard?

Yes. Levels: view-only (CMO/CFO see funnel and spend), operator (campaign creation), admin (settings edit). Active audit log of changes.

Payment model — CPM, CPC, CPL, RevShare?

We bill for traffic, not for partner conversions. Model — per subscriber / click / impression, chosen at kick-off. RevShare lives on your affiliate / CRM side — we don't touch it, we log postbacks but claim no share of deposits.

Can we pause a campaign at any time?

Yes, one click in the dashboard or via manager request. Balance remainder doesn't burn — rolls to next campaign or refunded on request (minus 3–5% processing).

Compliance — FATF / KYC / responsible gaming?

TG infrastructure is independent of Meta / Apple / Google policies. The mini-app lander includes mandatory compliance blocks (18+ disclaimer, responsible gaming links, jurisdiction disclosure, ToS / PP links) — discussed at brand review. For regulated markets (UK, MGA, Curaçao) — separate compliance pack.
